The funeral home will definitely take good care of you and help you through this difficult time. They are truly professional and kind. They have such great staff members and are extremely honest. This company will accommodate your schedule and make the process as painless as possible for you. When you need the best, you are at the right place. In addition, the place is breathtaking. I've had the pleasure of chatting with managers who have made the whole process easy and provided me with so much support, making both me and my family comfortable. The rest of the team is also professional and kind. The funeral home is just the best and I highly recommend it.

There is a reason why Harmony has 5 star ratings. They were great in helping us understand the ins and outs of conducting a funeral. They were warm, friendly and on top of their game. Our loved one was made up very beautifully and the room for service was more than we expected. We were so surprised by all the care they put into it. It is sad when you have to find such level of high customer service under such circumstances. They made what could have been a stressful process, just a breeze. Will always remember our experience with Harmony Funeral Home.

In the wake of the death of my father, my family and I were in a haze, understandably. It was a great experience working with Harmony Funeral Home Brooklyn, starting with the first phone call and through the entire booking and arrangement process. My Dad's funeral planning and service were equally wonderful. The staff was respectful of our culture and beliefs, accommodating to our various requests, responsive to our itinerary changes, and 100 percent professional throughout the entire process. It is not likely that I will need to utilize their services for a very long time, but I will gladly call them or refer them in the future.

We had staff that are well qualified to support families during these very emotional times. Managers provided assistance in the process prior to the service for the purpose of changing the clothes for my mother-in-law. It was very kind, thoughtful, and patient. I pray for your well-being. After thee funerals this year in my family, this was the first at Harmony Funeral Home in Brooklyn. Alex was wonderful in helping us plan our services and supported us totally though the whole process. The entire team at Harmony, including the owner, made us feel welcome and as comfortable as possible following the loss of a loved one. There were no high-pressure sales attempts and no attempts to take advantage of emotional people like we encountered at other local funeral homes. The value of the services provided by Harmony was excellent and I would highly recommend them!!!

We found my little cousin dead in his apartment last week very painful for the whole family. They wanted to do a beautiful service for him and I recommend harmony funeral because I saw the work they did in the pass with a lot of people I knew and like always amazing amazing amazing amazing . Alisha is so on hands with everything she love what she do and knows what to do and the gentlemen that works with her is so loving the whole staff the PASTOR preach a good word the flowers for the casket was so beautiful.everything was so beautiful that it gave the family some peace thank you sooooo much Alisha for your love and understanding 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
